Can I refinance again after 3 months?

I just refinanced about three months ago. Rates have dropped considerably. Is there any reason why I can't refinance again now? Should I considering doing so on both of my mortgages? Please advise. Trenton,NJ | Aug 22nd 2011

Hello, it can depend on what investor you went through, did you take cashout, etc. Feel free to give me a call to discuss your options JohnFirst Lenders Mortgage732-233-1128

It depends on what lender you can qualify for. Need to make sure there is a big enough benefit from the last refinance to go with the new one. Call me for more options if you still interested.
