There are several potential options, here. If you qualify without any farm income you should be able to get it done conventionally as long as the appraisal is solid. I would be happy to discuss the options with you if you like.

Anyone who answers they can do this loan without reparcel is incorrect or if their bank chooses to hold the paper it will not be at a reasonable rate. FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, Rural Development or FMHA will not do this loan. Don't allow the newbies to mislead you into wasting any more time and money and possibley losing the the opportunity to get todays rate. I personally have sixteen years of top production in this industry. Most offices don't have this combined.
