Hello:Sorry to be vague, but the answer depends on what you are trying to do. You shouldn't have any issues getting a loan on a 2nd home, but depending on what the home will be used for (primary, 2nd home, investment, etc.) you may have to come up with a sizeable downpayment. if you can provide some more details, I'd be happy to elaborate.Scott

Absolutely. You just have to qualify with both mortgage payments (your primary home and 2nd home). Also, you have to be sure your 2nd home is a reasonable distance away from your primary home (in general, more than 60 miles). If you're in AZ, CA, or NM and have more questions feel free to email me at anthony@hi-techmortgage.com

How many homes do you own? How many are financed? A 5 minute phone call will enable a loan officer to determine what the circumstances are. Jim Nelson 480-951-6900
