Hi Gregory,To get preapproved, you would simply need to get documents together:-Last two years taxes and W2's-Most recent paystub from your job-Drivers License-Most recent Bank StatementDepending on what loan program you go with, there may be additional documentation needed (A Va loan for example.)When you meet with a lender, they will ask for the information above and pull your credit. This will establish your DTI (Debt to Income ratio) to see how much of a home you will be able to afford. If you have any questions at all, feel free to call me or email me! I work with clients all over the state of Wisconsin. I would love to help you purchase your first home!Sincerely,Andrea DrabVision Mortgage Services920-884-1313 or 920-562-7116Andrea@vision-gb.com
