I am trying to find out information on a house with BAC Lender Services as the lending agent.

I am interested in the status of a house in Conway, Missouri (310 S. Newport Avenue, Conway, MO 65632), for whic BAC is the lending agent. The house is owned (currently listed as) by Ronald D. & Regina Harris. The house is vacant and I would like to know if it is for sale, if so who do I contact to view/talk about the home and property? The best thing would be to check county records and see if the home is in foreclosure and/or going through foreclosure. If it has not completed the foreclosure process then you will have to purchase from the owners(Ronald and Regina). If Bank of America has taken the property back then you will need to call there REO hotline(should be able to find with a quick online search).Good luck!

Searching county records for the current owner will tell you who actually owns the house. As far as trying to buy it... the only way that will be possible is when the home is actually listed for sale. If you plan on buying the home and need to finance it, guidelines state that the home has to be fairly marketed... Meaning listed within a multi listing service. Also, BofA will not deal directly with purchasers on their REO properties. Contact your real estate agent and give them the address, they should be able to find all the information your looking for. Also get with a local mortgage broker, not a bank, and get pre approved... when that home does come on the market, you can be first in line and ready to go.... WilliamAcres.com

According to Bank Of America's REO website, This home is not listed for sale. The Harris' also are associated with 314 Newport Avenue so you may be able to speak with them directly and ask if the home is for sale.
