Hi Mary Rose. yes you can still qualify with a couple of late payments but it depends on how good the rest of your payment history is. You are 4 yrs out from the BK so it should not be a big issue. Your credit scores are one of the mail indicators for lenders today in their decision to approve the loan. You really need to speak to a lender licensed in your state and apply for a pre-approval. That will mean giving some personal information but you will know for sure before you go searching for your new home.
