My current credit score is 618, will a lender still help me with a fha loan?

My credit score is 618 and I'm looking at purchasing a home, will any lenders work with me on a fha loan with my credit score below 620? , | Aug 10th 2009

With a score of 618, I'm sure that lenders will work with you as it is only 2 points away from the 620 mark. You can easily gain 2 points by paying your bills on time and pay some debt down.

You can obtain a loan with as low as a 560 credit score. Considering you are so close to 620 I would fix your score within 24hrs with a credit recore program. Please let me know if I can helpRyan 954-394-9005
