I currently work (1 month) at Chase Bank and was previously employed at Waddell and Reed(financial advisor) for a year and some months. I am looking at some condos in grand blanc, mi and the addressees are 6011 murray st, 4326 wilderness pt, 24004 wilson st. all grand blanc, mi 48439. All are in rural development area eligible. I currently pay rent 650 and 230 car loan and 75 student loan and around 200-300 revolving credit (gas credit card). My income is 2666 per month base salary.
