Once you have divorce decree outling the alimony and child support, we'll be able to qualify that as income for you. Depending on your credit, I'm still able to offer No Income verification loans available in NJ also. From what you have stated it seems as if you'll be in a decent position to purchase another home. I'm located in NJ also and look forward to assisting you in any way you allow. Contact me, James Kennedy, via telephone and/or email: (732)979.7409 or JKennedy@rbiloans.com Jan 1st 2010

Hello Divorcee,You must first have proof that you will be receiving both alimony and child support for the next three years before those income sources can be used. Keep in mind that income is not the sole determinant for mortgage approval, make sure you have a handle on your credit scores and your outgoing debt payments. Too much debt or low credit scores may kill your chances of getting a mortgage even with sufficient income.Best of luck,Jason DipersteinE Mortgage Management800-793-9633 x156jdiperstein@emmloans.com Dec 14th 2009 |
