Refinance, Washington, DC

Hi, I'm a loan originator in Seattle, and I have an investment condo in Washington, DC that I would like to refinance. The value is around $325,000. The loan amount is $264,000. Current rate is 5.875%. Excellent credit and income. If you think that you could lower that rate, then I would love to hear from you. Bellevue,WA | Jan 3rd 2012

Kinda boils down to the occupancy ratios and Investor/units ratio as well. You know this already I'm sure, but wanted to send you a quick note anyway.Robert

With an LTV right at 80% DU Refi Plus would be your best bet. May not even need an appraisal. If your loan is owned by Fannie and eligible for DU Refi Plus give me a call at 360-901-1023. We can lend nationwide.

Along with the previous statements you could see 4.25% as your rate with DU if it is a Fannie or Freddie loan has to meet requirements and 4.5% with MI for straight conventional.
