We are first time home buyers with poor credit and FICO scores under 600. My husband is also a disabled Veteran. Are we able to get a mortgage? If so, what is the approximate APR we would have on a 30Y fixed? We have been paying high rent payments for years and we know we can have a nice home with what we pay in rent.

It will depend on your scores.. The BEST plan would be let me help you get your scores above 620 so that you can qualify for a 100% VA mortgage.

I have a program that will allow scores below 620, call me so we can discuss. Credit Repair will cost you money, VA may or may not be the best plan for you.Jay 678-224-5633
