I agree with Greg this is vital to answering a correct question per varying state guidlines. Need to think about that.

The State is a very important factor in AZ non borrowing spouses credit is still reviewed vs in IL it isn't. CA has higher loan limits than IL so what would be jumbo in IL wouldn't be in CA. Should try to add this feature back
