We have had a great start this year with being able to offer rate's that are unheard of. Everybody thinks we wil have even better rate's coming it is my belief that this will not happen. the market has already made a huge change in rate's that are anywhere from 1/2 % to 1% in rate higher so maybe you might be looking to pay off credit cards or even get cash out for student loans now is a very good time to do such.
