Our closing date was in two weeks.   We were renting back the house we had just sold from the buyer pending our close on our new home, and I called Eric in tears.

Another lender had completely botched our loan.   More than once.   At one point in the process, I called Eric for some advice on navigating our loan at the suggestion of our realtor, because I could not for the life of me get a straight answer from my lender.  Eric gave us some good advice which I followed.    The other lender assured me that the concern I had would not be a problem.   Two weeks before our closing date, they told us they needed at least 4=6 more weeks - because of the problem they had assured me wouldn't be a problem.

So I called Eric in tears.   He managed to push our loan through, get us a better interest rate, and a better loan product in TWO WEEKS.    We were able to close on time.  

I could not recommend Eric highly enough.   Do not waste your time with other lenders.   Eric will do it right the FIRST TIME and explain everything to you.   We owe it to him that we were able to get our dream house.   And we probably owe him our sanity too.
