If a homeowner owes more on their mortgage than their home is currently worth, due to the declining housing market, I may be able to assist via the Du Refi Plus / HARP 2.0 Program that we are offering.

Here are the criteria that need to be met to be considered for this program:

o 620 minimum FICO score

o Current mortgage needs to be owed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and originated prior to May 29, 2009.

1. Who owns your current mortgage? Fannie or Freddie?

2. Was the previous loan was taken out prior to 6/1/2009? Month and year?

3. What is your property address?

4. Owner occupied property or investment?

5. Property type: single family - condo - townhome?

6. Current rate and balance?

7. Do you have mortgage insurance currently? If so with whom? Lender paid or borrower paid?

8. How much are your yearly taxes and when are they due?

9. How much is your homeowners insurance yearly and when does it renew?

10. Are you part of a homeowners association? If so what is the monthly dues?

11. Do you have a second mortgage currently?

12. What do you think your credit score is?
