J.D. has got what it takes to keep up with today's mortgage climate. "This industry is constantly changing with new guidelines and restrictions presenting themselves on a daily basis, we must be capable and willing to adapt," he says.

With nearly ten years in the Mortgage and Real Estate industries, J.D. has vast industry knowledge from home sales on the Realtor side as well as new build, purchase and refinance transactions on the Lender side. his industry training has consisted of a Real Estate education from Jones College and basic Mortgage Licensing requirements in addition to closing several transactions resulting in the ability to determine how a mortgage can and should be structured when other lenders may say no. J.D. prides himself on product knowledge, the ability to over come investor overlays and ultimately closing his clients loans when they did not think it possible.

J.D.'s achievements as a loan officer are evident in the success stories of his clients. He recently assisted an Army Colonel and his wife with a purchase of a home. The challenge was that the Colonel was deployed, but J.D. helped the wife get everything together in order to close on time. "Immediately after the closing, the Colonel stood up, shook my hand and sincerely thanked me for making the entire process as simple as possible for his family. It was an honor that a man of his rank truly appreciated the work that I had just completed."

J.D. also encourages clients to be informed consumers. "When shopping for your home mortgage, it is pertinent that you look at all of the aspects, and are not afraid to ask questions".
