Phil was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful.
Phil was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our loan. He was honest and patient with us every step of the way. He made suggestions and worked with us through everything. I would recommend you give him a call to see if he can help you. That is how we started!!! We have already been recommending him to friends and family. I am in NC and he was in SC but, that was never an issue. Thanks so much Phil!!!
