What this allows us to do that a traditional bank cannot is as follows:

1) Access rates as low as 3% (because our loans are government backed and guaranteed we can access rates that other banks cannot)
2) Our closing costs are as low as 1,500.00 (we do not charge points and there are no middleman charges. We are a direct source of funds and our closing costs reflect it).
3) No Mortgage Insurance (even if your loan is more than 80% of the value of your home, we have programs that require NO mortgage insurance)!
4) No Appraisal or Income Verification (We have streamline refinance programs available that do not require appraisal or income verification).
5) We can refinance up to 125% of the value of the home. (Even if you owe more than your home is worth we can still help you refinance).
6) Low Income and Credit Score Requirements (Because our loans are government backed and secured we have lower credit score and income requirements than a traditional bank).
