My industry training has consisted of Real Estate education from Jones College and basic Mortgage Licensing requirements, in addition to closing several transactions resulting in the ability to determine how a mortgage can be structured when others lenders may say no. Being individually licensed in 23 states, I am constantly keeping myself up to date not only with the annual continuing education for licensing in my field, but also by discussing new industry changes on a weekly basis with our underwriters so that I can be aware of any upcoming changes which may allow my customers a benefit beyond working with some other lending institutions. I pride myself on product and guideline knowledge which compliments working for a company which has no overlays to the master servicer guides.
