Good news!  Our guidelines have changed and we can now accept mortgage loan applications from veterans having credit scores below 620.  Our new minimum score is 600.. This is just one example of how our industry changes on a regular basis.  I hope that readers can pass this information on to veteran...

ADDING A MORTGAGE USUALLY WILL NOT IMPROVE POOR CREDIT. The most frequently asked question seems to be "can I get financing if my credit score is very low?"
