Are piggy back loans better if you rollover payment when paid off?

I'm not sure what your question is .. Piggy back loans are usually amortized along with the remaining payments and balance, so if you purchase a property for $100K where seller is willing to finance you, and there's an underlying $80K loan with 18 years remaining, then your payment amortization will coincide with 18 years reaming... But I'm not sure what you mean by "rollover payment when paid off".. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
