Absolutely, assuming you can qualify for the higher amount. Reach out to your lender and tell them you want to increase the loan to include the lendable equity. They should be able to accommodate. Sure... there is nothing preventing you from asking for changes, like loan amount while in process. the only area of issue is when it is just the last few days before closing.
