Depending on your loan amount and FICO score, a VA rate can be secured under 4% today. Are you have your VA entitlement? Feel free to call me at 619-992-2570. Howard Schwartz at Cross Country Mortgage in La Jolla/UTC.

Hi Gary, Rates are slowly increasing. Mortgage rates are effected by:credit scoresloan amountsproperty types type of loan and the loan to value. (amount put down) You and I could buy the exact same house but if we have different credit scores or one is putting down more money it will effect the cost of the interest rate. Where 4% could be free for you, it could cost me 1.00%. There are still VA loans for less then 4%. With VA loans, the rate is primarily based on your credit score. You can call me if you'd like more information. The short answer is possibly.. but we would need to look at your complete loan profile to advise you.. Credit score, property type, loan amount, zip code etc,... all play into what interest rate you would qualify for.. without knowing all the details,,, it's impossible for anyone her to say for sure.. but i'd be happy to look at your complete loan scenario and put together a written quote.. Let me know.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
