I love VA loans... They are the coolest loan available if you qualify. Your score is generally OK, and income just determines how much house you can afford to buy. Contact a local mortgage broker in your area offering VA loans. In MN, WI, and SD, visit me for a VA loan at www.VAMortgageMN.com

Much more info needed, but assuming you meet all elgibility requirements, then yes. a MID score of 652 is acceptable.. but debt to income (DTI) is calculated by looking at your income AND your monthly debt.. Try reaching out to a local mortgage pro and let them look at your complete loan profile.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
