Follow this link: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm Just put in your state, city zip, etc.. and hit enter.. it will give you a list of all approved projects within your state. But understand they must also be current (not "Expired").. Understand that an underwriter can/will ask for a "condo questionnaire" and even though the complex is current with FHA, the lender can still deny it if they see something they don't like.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Mr. Acres provided a much better answer to your question. The information is available online free for any condos in the country. Movement Mortgage has a very dedicated condo programs available. 7 out of 10 of our loans get processed in 7 calendar business days every month.
