Just a note.. when filling in the information, be sure to put in the address as it appears on your tax bill... otherwise it could show "no record found" I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

For Fannie Mae (FNMA) use http://www.fanniemae.com/loanlookup/ For Freddie Mac (FHLMC) use https://ww3.freddiemac.com/corporate/. Be careful. The systems are absolutely character specific. You may have to do several inquiries. Examples of variations that resulted in discovering a FNMA property that the system initially indicated was not eligible. The street name was 56th street, but we found it under 56 th (the space made the difference). Another the street type was omitted on the FNMA system, yet existed in both the tax rolls and on the mortgage statement. On another, the zip code had changed between the time the loan was made and now. On another the street name was two words (like El Dorado). We found it under Eldorado. If you get a not eligible result, be creative in determining what could be different. And keep trying. As a last resort, Call your current lender and ask them to provide you with your loan's FANNIE MAE NUMBER. If they cannot provide you with one, then you loan is not Fannie Mae owned.
