Justin is correct - see the link below to the USDA mapping service. Click on the eligible property link and put in an address and you can zoom in/out to see what areas are eligible - or if you have a specific address to check at this time you can put that in as well. I recommend that you reach out to a mortgage professional like Justin or myself rather than looking to a bank. We have far more options available when it comes to most any loan program/type. - David Baker, Halo Capital Mortgage, Des Moines, IA 515-974-6908http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do?pageAction=sfp&NavKey=property@11

There is an easy way to find out. USDA has an on-line property eligibility engine that you can use to search for a specific property or you can look at the map. Use this link to get to the new map that goes into effect on February 2nd. http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do?pageAction=sfhprop&NavKey=propproperty@11. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona (AZLO0911876 / AZBK0902429), Washington (WALO40586 / WACL3087) and California (CADOC40586 / CAFLL6036566).
