I know of no program where you can get down payment assistance on commercial properties, nor do I know any commercial lenders who would allow financing on properties which DPA was used in purchasing it... I'm not saying it doesn't exist... but I've never heard of it...I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

I would check with your local Municipality to see if they are offering any community improvement grants.

An equity partner might be your answer.

This will be very difficult. Sometimes the VA will lend assistance to veterans. Otherwise possibly local governments may have assistance. The problem sometimes with getting government assistance is finding a lender that has experience and comfort working with such assistance. SBA would typically be the only route they would go through.

The only way you can get down payment assistance for a commercial loan is from a friend or familly member. There are no government programs that offer this.

The SBA? Definitely not with residential brokers and loan officers. Thanks though! Andrew

The owner. The owner of the property can make the down payment much less. Not every owner but many. E-mail me
