You can definitely refinance your FHA loan if you have been current on your mortgage payments. With an FHA streamline you have the ability to refinance without an appraisal. We have an office in Bridgewater MA and know the Brockton market well. Values have been appreciating, you may even qualify to eliminate mortgage insurance completely. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.Jim PaulinoNMLS #20458Cell 774-234-7283Equity Resources INC

Refinancing is all about your current value and if it even makes sense. You've got a few different options including another FHA loan as Jim mentioned... or possibly a better idea MAY be a conventional loan with looking at all 4 basic types of MI (mortgage insurance) to see which one may be best for you in your situation. Our local MA office is right in Rockland. Reach out if have more questions... Steve@YourFavoriteMortgageGuy.com or 978-202-5722!!
