Highly unlikely... Very, very few lenders lend on raw land.. those that do have low allowable loan to values.. But I don't know of any (other than hard money) lenders that will do a "Cash out" refinance on land. I recently had a borrower with 60 acres worth about $1M.. he needed a cash out and the best I could find was $200K or 20% Loan to Value. and the terms were terrible.. 12% rate and a ton of fee's.. You might be better off selling the land.. If you have had it for more than 18mos, to 2 years, the tax consequences are reduced to a flat fee based on your income.. check with you tax adviser, but that might be your best bet.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
