Generally speaking, it is pretty simple. Bad credit equals no loan. Especially in the mortgage world. Adding that to a mobile home, just makes it tougher. If you have the time, I would strongly suggest working on credit repair before attempting any mortgage application.

More info needed.. Everyone's definition of "Bad Credit" is different.. this is why lenders use credit scores.. so without knowing your scores's its hard to advise you.. Also understand that it takes more than a credit score to obtain financing.. I've had borrowers with 750 credit scores get turned down.. but I've also had borrowers with a 585 get approved.. In order to obtain financing on a MFH, the home needs to be architecturally attached to it's own land, be ground set, axles removed and a affidavit of affixture filed with the county.. otherwise, it's not considered "Real Property".. if it's not real property, you cannot get a mortgage.. It's possible that the same people who lend on car titles might lend on MFH's.. and they are used to dealing with people with bad credit.. again, more info need to advise you properly.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
