More information about above. Income is $2000/month for work, $4470 for rental property. Is it possible to qualify for a loan?

Assuming all your other qualification are acceptable, you should have no problem.. try contacting a local mortgage broker and apply with them.. Do not use the local "Big" bank, or one of those 50 states internet lenders or nationwide lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Your lender will use only 75% of the gross rental income, so that reduces your annual income to about $64,000. Additional debt such as credit cards and auto loans will also impact your available mortgage payment limit. You may not qualify for a $525,000 loan.

Hello, More detail is needed in order to truly approve or advise you. The details of the rental property, whether it is your current home, or already a rental, property taxes, the exact nature of the $2000 income, etc. You should get on the phone or email with an experienced lender that can lay out your options as well ass the pros and cons of each. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

That is a great start as long as you also have acceptable credit and can document the funds for your downpayment along with income to support that amount of mortgage plus any other debts you have - let me know how I can help!
