Good Morning! An actual Mortgage Credit Report would need to be generated to determine what your Mortgage Credit Score would be and we can work from there to get you in line to be pre-approved for a mortgage! I'm here to help!

You are right there in terms of being able to purchase a home. A 630 score will work. I am an Illinois licensed lender in your area. We are in Lombard, Schaumburg, Joliet and other locations. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to look at your options - they are all good. 1st Advantage Mortgage barb.lanis@1amllc.com 630-660-8868 Thank you very much! Barb Lanis

I can get you qualified for a loan but I would suggest you look into increasing your credit score before you buy if you have a little time. I can run a credit expert for you at no cost which may identify things you can do in the short term to increase your score. A 640 score will open the door to more loan programs for you & ultimately better rates. Since you're at a 630 now, it wouldn't take much to get you there and at the end of the day, a 1/2 point in interest would save you a ton of money over the life of your loan. Give me a call to discuss if interested.

Sounds like you would have a good chance at being able to buy a home, the 630 score is fine as long as your middle score is at least that. You would need a minimum of 3% down unless it is a rural property, or if you qualify for a VA loan in that case you can get 100% financing.Call us or email us at 201-962-3555 or Team@BestMortgageOption.com for ano cost no obligation analysis of your situation.Ask for Michelle or Benny We will find the Best Mortgage Option to suit your needs! You can check us out at www.BestMortgageOption.com
