If you are a business owner, even a start up, I have unsecured business financing available which is a line of credit. You'd need a 700 credit score but beyond that there is little qualifying needed. Otherwise the only way I know of to obtain the type of loan you are asking about is with a reverse mortgage. It would pay off any existing mortgage you have and any available equity could be accessed with a line of credit. Of course you would need to be 62 or older to be considered for a reverse mortgage.

The only no-doc/low-doc HELOC available is a HECM (reverse mortgage, but you must be 62 or older).. all other conforming loan products will require you to prove your income.. Most HELOC's are 2nd position loans, and as such, they are more risky for a lender.. It's highly unlikely you will find any one willing to do it with out you documenting your income.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. We have a loan wherein we use bank statements instead of tax returns or pay stubs, etc.
