If it is permanently on a foundation, and considered real estate, you can try Wells Fargo. Not sure of any other lender that offers that option.

There are lenders out there doing VA loans on MFH's however as Phil noted.. the MFH must be architecturally attached and considered "Real Property" to get mortgage financing. Try reaching out to a local broker in your area.. Brokers deal with multiple lenders with varying lending guidelines, ( we use 21 different lenders) vs. the bank who only has one lending program.. more options will usually result in finding the right lender for your scenario. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
