Refinance with a 630 credit score

The simple answer is yes. Without knowing all of the particulars, let me just tell you that a score of 630 will affect the cost of the loan or the interest rate on a conventional loan. The more equity you have in the property, the less the credit score will affect you. An FHA loan does not ding you as badly for a score of 630 as a conventional loan does. Not really sure the question, but if asking if you can refinance with a 630 credit score, the answer is probably. 630 is a low score for home loans, so that will take you out of many programs, increase your interest rate, or limit your maximum loan-to-value...
