Served 1 year in selected reserves, how long must i be enlisted to qualify for a v.a. loan?

Here's the link to VA's eligibility matrix..http://benefits.va.gov/homeloans/purchaseco_eligibility.asp You can see for yourself, but don't be discouraged if you don't qualify for VA.. there are many other loan programs out there that you might qualify for.. .. You have to be deployed to a hot spot for at least 90 days or be in the reserves for six years. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. You may qualify for a USDA loan. That should be enough to meet VA guidelines. The only thing you can do to make sure is to obtain your VA Certificate of Eligibility. Most VA lenders can get one in a few minutes for you. Contact a local mortgage broker and find out. In MN or WI, I can do that for you. www.VA-IRRRL-Loan-MN.com
