Dear Multiple773, that depends on what type of loan you want and/or quality for - conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, reduced documentation/streamlined, etc. We would need to either have a quick phone conversation or you can complete a mini loan application by visiting www.trustmylender.mortgage. Click on the Apply Today link in the top right corner of the screen. It will only take 5 minutes! Or, email me at dharper@intrustlending.com.

Government loans have a Streamline option that significantly reduces the documentation you need. IF your loan needs do not include a streamline, then typically the lender is going to need income documents to support your ability to repay, copy of current mortgage statement and insurance coverage. If in an HOA, documents showing what your monthly assessments are. Bank statements to show receipt of pay and access to any money needed to close the escrow on the refinance. They will also need Government issued ID, like a Drivers' License or Passport. Other unique issues may add additional items to the required list. The best thing to do is ask the Mortgage Broker you intend to use what they require. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington.
