Kroll Factual Data is a company that is used to assess the level of risk relating to loan fraud.. It's not the same as a credit report.. It looks at your name, social security number, the places you have lived and worked and basically does a time line... if you lived in Orlando in 2009, but during the same time, you listed a company in California as your employer.. That's a red flag.. How did you live in FL, but work in CA... This would give you a low Reassess Risk score.. here's a link to Kroll's brochure and sample report... http://www.krollfactualdata.com/kroll-factual-data/media/assets/PDFs/FactualID.pdf . I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Credit bureaus do more than report credit ratings these days. They verify the information inputted by the lender to the data they already have on you, i.e. address, social security#, employer, etc. When these don't match the lender's red flags go up. Sounds like all is good with you!

Do you have a full copy of the credit report from a lender and not the one delivered directly by the credit bureau? This is a rating that is used to assess potential identity risk. The closer to 100 or category 5 is a good thing, means they are reporting that you are who you say you are.

Those are both code that assesses things other than just if you pay your bills on time that lender look for to assess possible fraud. One great example would be that the address you gave the lender is an address that has been know to be used in previous credit fraud, or the address you gave the lender is not the same as the most recent address the credit bureau has on file. Your numbers indicate nothing suspicious.
