99% of lenders offer HARP, and there is no such thing as a certified HARP lender. Simply contact any local licensed Loan Officer. In MN and WI, visit www.HARP-Refinance-MN.com

Hello, I can do HARP loans (DU refi plus) as long as the house is currently owned by Fannie Mae. I can do them in KS and MO. I have lenders that will go up to a 125% loan to the value of your home..as of now. Come March it will have no loan to value restrictions. Call me is you have any questions at 816-256-0013 or email me at cody@signaturemortgage.net, I hope this helps

There are a lot of lenders who do HARP some are more restrictive than the new guidelines and a few follow the guidelines directly from Fannie Mae. It is a good loan for those who have lost value in their home. I am in Topeka you can call or go to my website. 785-273-5004 or kdwallstreet.com

Check lender www.mortgagewholesale.com. They have wholesale rates with no loan origination fees. They will issue a net sheet same day you call which will outline all fees involved. They can also price your rate to offset any costs and will have you closing with little to no money out of pocket. Super helpful and available after 5 P.M. which worked for me because I work all day. Two thumbs! www.mortgagewholesale.com
