Present Federal regulation requires all lenders to review a potential borrower's ability to repay the mortgage. Therefore, your loan officer will request information required to complete this process; below please find examples of information necessary for the mortgage loan application process:
Your name, date of birth, and social security number. Present and previous addressed covering a 2 year period.
Current liabilities and credit review: Financial company will request a tri-merge mortgage credit bureau report on your behalf (a disclosure confirming your consent will be provided)
Present and previous employment review covering a minimum 2 year period
2 years Federal income taxes and W2 income information along with recent pay stubs
Copies of present assets, checking savings account, stocks bonds, mutual funds, and retirement assets
Sales contract for the purchase of a new home or review of existing information for a residence presently retained
