Mortgage Rates 05-15-2019 Lender411

By Chantelle Stein Updated on 5/15/2019

Although mortgage rates are currently at an average one-month low; that’s not effecting the price gains that current homeowners are experiencing. NAR’s (National Association of Realtors) reported, a typical homeowner in the U.S. saw their “housing wealth increased by $9,500 over the past year”. 2019 first quarter SFH (single-family home) prices increased by 3.9% to $254,800.

This still goes to show that property investments are still some of the best investments one can make (long term).
